Background
Fire investigator with T.J. Russo Consultants since 2011 and a retired Second Grade Arson and Explosion Detective with the New York City Police Department, where he served on the Arson and Explosion Squad and the ATF Joint Task Force. Longtime volunteer firefighter and former chief with the Bay Shore Volunteer Fire Department.

Investigated fire and explosion scenes across the New York metropolitan area, including joint local and federal investigations. Lectured on fire and explosion investigation, including for the NYPD and the FDNY Bureau of Fire Investigation, and provided expert testimony.
