SEVEN WORLD TRADE CENTER

MANHATTAN, NY

200 Million Subrogation Action

Seven World Trade Center was a 47 story building, with a red granite facade and a trapezoidal footprint that collapsed in the wake of the September 11th attacks. The building was constructed above an existing Consolidated Edison Power Substation, which imposed unique structural design constraints and in part was the focus of the investigation.   T.J. Russo Consultants was retained on behalf of Con Edison to collect data relating to Fire Department Operations and to assist in the investigation into how the design, construction and placement of the building’s diesel fuel tanks contributed to the collapse.
