Background
Fire investigator with T.J. Russo Consultants since 2010 and a former Fire Investigator and Fire Inspector with the Nassau County Fire Marshal's Office. Longtime instructor with the Nassau County Fire Service Academy and a technical editor and reviewer for NFPA manuals.
Experience
Conducted and assisted in more than 1,575 investigations with T.J. Russo and more than 2,500 with Nassau County. Testified as an expert in Nassau, New York, Queens, and Westchester County courts and in federal court for the Eastern District of New York. Serves as an IAAI representative on multiple NFPA technical committees.
